How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Your data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. We comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Navigate to Settings → Profile → Delete Account. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted.
How often is my analysis updated?
Your personality analysis is updated whenever you manually refresh it or when new social media data is available. We recommend refreshing your analysis every few weeks for the most accurate results.
What social media platforms are supported?
Currently, we support Facebook with plans to add Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn in the near future. We're constantly working to expand our platform integrations.
Is there a mobile app?
We currently offer a fully responsive web application that works great on mobile devices. Native iOS and Android apps are in development and will be released soon.
